  • Returns


We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. 

  • Exchanges


If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we are happy to assist you. Exchanges are subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of the item you would like to exchange. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.

  • Return Process


To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@shopblackluna.store within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return authorization.
- Once your return request is approved, securely package your item(s) and include the original packing slip or order confirmation email.
- Ship your return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return eligibility criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received
- Returned within 30 days of receiving your item

  • Refunds


Refunds will be processed within 7-12 business days of receiving your returned item(s). Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

  • Damaged or Defective Items


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos of the damaged or defective item(s) and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
